The City of Sidney and PADD secured a Community Development Block Grant for Downtown Revitalization to fund facade improvements across Sidney’s historic downtown district.
One of the most visible projects was a new marquee at the historic Fox Theater. The updated marquee restored a signature feature of the downtown landmark and brought new life to the theater corridor, creating a renewed sense of pride in the community.
It’s part of a broader push to preserve Sidney’s historic assets while making downtown a place people want to be again.
