In a region where quality, affordable housing is already in high demand, keeping existing homes in good shape matters. But for many homeowners, the cost of repairs that have been building up for years is out of reach.
PADD partnered with the communities of Morrill and Scottsbluff to deliver an Owner-Occupied Rehab Grant. Over 15 homes received up to $25,000 in repairs and rehabilitation, helping residents address longstanding issues they couldn’t afford to fix on their own.
The grant didn’t just fix structures. It strengthened neighborhood stability, preserved essential housing stock, and renewed the pride and security of the families who live there. Stronger homes mean stronger communities.
