How We Help

Our team works alongside communities and businesses across the Panhandle to tackle the projects that matter most. We find the funding, do the paperwork, manage the projects, and connect people to the right resources. You bring the need, we bring the know-how.

What We Do

People across the Panhandle are tackling some of the biggest challenges in housing, business growth, infrastructure, and childcare. Here’s how we back them up:

Find and secure funding.

We figure out which state and federal funding programs your project qualifies for. Then we write the applications and go after the funding.

Provide business financing.

Through our revolving loan fund, we provide gap financing to help businesses start, grow, or transition ownership. From restaurants to manufacturing, if you’re creating new jobs, we may be able to help.

Bring people to the table.

No single community has every resource it needs. We connect communities with state and federal programs, partner organizations, and each other.

Manage projects from start to finish.

Many federal grants require certified administrators to handle compliance, reporting, and oversight. Our staff carry that certification. When a project needs that level of management, we can take it on.

Plan for the future.

We handle planning, including zoning updates, blight studies, and revitalization work. This sets communities up for the future and makes them eligible for funding

Advocate for the region.

We make sure the Panhandle has a voice at the state and federal level, so our communities aren’t overlooked when decisions are being made.

How It Works

Step 1: Start with a conversation.

You might have a clear challenge, a rough idea, or just a question. You don’t need to know which programs or funding apply (that’s our job). Get in touch, and we’ll figure out the next step together.

Step 2: We figure out the path.

We research the options, identify potential funding sources, and help you understand what’s possible. That might mean a grant, a loan, or a connection to the right partner.

Step 3: We handle the heavy lifting.

Depending on what’s needed, we write the grant application, manage the project, develop the plan, or coordinate with partners on your behalf. You stay involved in the decisions. We handle the process.

Step 4: Your community sees the results.

Our communities are capable of tackling big challenges. When they’re connected to the right resources, exciting things happen, like homes getting built, businesses opening, and downtowns coming back to life.
