Nebraska Affordable Housing Trust Fund (NAHTF)

NAHTF provides funding for housing projects and capacity building/operating assistance to stimulate development of safe, decent, and affordable housing. There are applications for homeowner rehabilitation, rental housing, homebuyer activities, and capacity building and operating assistance. Pre-applications required and due Feb. 23, 2021.
