Work With Us

PADD is a small team doing meaningful work across the Nebraska Panhandle. We write grants, finance businesses, manage projects, and connect communities to the resources they need. If that sounds like work you want to be part of, we’d love to hear from you.

We want people to build careers right here in the Panhandle. If this role isn’t the right fit, Career Link is a great place to search for employment opportunities across the region.
